Jamie Lendway can only be described in three words “A True Entrepreneur”. After high school, while he was going to night school for accounting, he started a carpet cleaning and facility management company, in which he had many major national retail commercial clients.

He then started a residential contracting business that he built and sold. His next challenge was reorganizing a struggling CNC automotive manufacturing facility in which he helped turn into a thriving industry leader.

In 2011, after leaving his manufacturing role, he figured the next logical step would be helping other small businesses achieve their goals by becoming a business loan intermediary. After witnessing firsthand how hard it is to expand without the proper capital backing, he figured this would be a cause near and dear to his heart.

He then merged with Ivanhoe Capital Advisors in 2020 and focused on business acquisition financing. Within a 4-year span from 2021-2025, he helped facilitate over 300M in loans. This takes hard work, persistence, and a great team to accomplish.

He is now off on his own as Lendway Capital Advisors to provide that same level of persistence and service to acquisition financing he has for so many years. There is nothing worse than having the parties to a commercial transaction wait for no reason other than the financier just does not have a sense of urgency! Our approach to structuring business merger and acquisition loans is forward-moving and does not allow for complacency.
